At Ataad, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We aim to provide a smooth and convenient shipping experience for all our customers within the Sultanate of Oman.
Shipping Areas
We currently deliver to all governorates within the Sultanate of Oman, including major cities such as:
Muscat, Sohar, Salalah, Nizwa, Ibri, Sur, Buraimi, and more.
We also ship to other Gulf countries, including:
United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia (KSA), Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar.
Delivery Timeframes
Within Muscat Governorate:
1 to 2 business daysOther governorates:
2 to 5 business days, depending on the location.
Our business days are from Sunday to Thursday, excluding official holidays.
Other Gulf Countries:
Delivery times vary by destination and will be confirmed at checkout.
Estimated delivery is 5 to 8 business days.

Within Oman:
Muscat Governorate:

OMR 3.000 – 4.000 (depending on the area)
Other Gulf Countries:
Shipping fees vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Express Delivery Service
We offer express delivery within Muscat for an additional fee starting from OMR 3.000, depending on the time and location.
Please note that express delivery is currently not available outside of Oman.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid any delays.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will contact you to arrange an alternative time (additional re-delivery fees may apply).
If the issue is on our end (wrong or damaged product), we will cover all shipping and replacement costs at no extra charge.
